Ansell Medical Transcription offers a very competitive pricing structure for all our clients while providing a premium quality service 24hours a day. Our fees are calculated by using the industry standard of counting the number of printable characters, divided by sixty-five (characters per line) and multiplied by our rate.
There are no contracts and you can use the service as little or as much as you require.

Note: Other companies charge 2 characters for Bolding, Capitals, Italics, Indent, etc. but we count that as ONE character. In essence we take the complete typed character count of a report and divide it by 65 thus the billing is only for the actual typed characters which will be much more economical for you long term.
What is a character?
• It is any typed letter, number, space, punctuation mark, apostrophe, quote, etc.
• Characters that you cannot see (like spaces or enter strokes) are also counted.
